I've released a Development PDF for AFTER SCHOOL! It contains behind-the-scenes and extra content for the game, with 45 pages of:

• Concept and development of each character
• Compilation of character sketches: high-quality scans of development sketches, old sketches from 2016+ and some exclusive sketches of in-game scenes
• Character sidestories: 800-1000+ words worth of each character's POV, with extra detail about their background that I couldn't fit in the game
• Some personal rambles about the game development
