Hello, It's been about two months since I've launched OUR BAD ENDING and since then a lot of wonderful things have happened! I kept wanting to make a devlog but got swept up in life, so here I am combining everything into one update.

Italian translations are now available

Marianna Ricciardi has kindly reached out to me to do an Italian translation for the game. I've now updated the game to version 1.1, where you can now switch the language in 'Preferences'. Thank you again to Marianna for the work!

OUR BAD ENDING is the top ranked game in QUEER HORROR GAME JAM - 2025

Finally, thank you to everyone who has played OUR BAD ENDING and left a rating, comment or even recorded playthroughs or talked about it. It makes me really, really happy as a creator to receive any positive comments on my work. It's been a long eight months working on this game alone while working full-time and even going through some major health issues earlier this year. Honestly, I wasn't sure I would finish it! So, it's a real relief that it's now completed as a fully-formed game, and even more to hear that people have enjoyed it.

Recently, I've had the chance to showcase OUR BAD ENDING at the Illustration Arts Festival in Singapore. It was somewhat nervewrecking but also exciting! I had many conversations with visitors and fellow artists about the work, which really invorigated me as a creator. I also created a game development zine and bookmark to accompany the game, which I'll be working to put online sometime in the next two months.

This has been such a lovely, despite rather tiring, time for me as a creator! I hope to make something again soon, but it'll probably be cooking for a while.
